Hello
I was on the message board Monday (March 17th) and someone was extremely helpful in showing me the correct way to write an IF statement that worked perfectly. First, I created a function that would allow me to compare various cells in a variety of ways. With people's help, I was able to create three different tables in one worksheet that ranked the top candidates for each table (table represents a review committee, which is supposed to come up with two top candidates). However, to make sure that people are being scored as unbiased as possible, I want to be able to look at all of the scores (from all 3 tables) and if any score is greater than one of the 6 top candidates my department wants to review that person's application again. Therefore, I want the formula to compare the top six scores (someone will be ranked 1 or 2 from each table) to all the other applicants. For instance, if another applicant’s score is equal or above the top six scores then, I want to print out (in another column labeled OWH review) OWH review. Conversely, if no other applicant is equal or higher than the top 6, then leave cell blank. However, I am unsure how to do this in Excel. Here is one of the tables are below for your review. Thank you.
| Committee Member Group A | Means | Rankings | OWH review | Final Rankings |
